I have a broad background in Strategic Planning and executing Business Plans, Start-ups, Project Managment, Franchising, Retail (B2C), Wholesale Distribution (B2B), Mergers Acquisitons (M A), Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, Finance Budgeting and Supply Chain. In my current consulting practice, my projects vary from interim executive roles to focused business strategy development and project execution. Common aspects of these projects include: identification of unmet customer needs and corresponding business growth opportunities; a review of sales, marketing and customer service programs to update or implement a customer centric guest experience and development of the brand story and promise; a operations review to indentify continuous improvement and business improvement opportunites; and a thorough financial review to identify improved profitability. I also work with potential franchisees and/or business start-ups. We will discuss the pros and cons of franchising, start-up and business ownershipe. We can review the Franchise Disclosre Document (if applicable), review the necessary infrastructure and investments and develop a proforma financial model.
